Reliability. In the wholesomeness of the food, the quality of the beverages, the smile on the staff’s faces, these are all things that we want to be right all the time, consistently.

Interaction in our neighborhood, our world. That’s what Live Local, Buy Local means, to be truly sustainable, one must look beyond the surface and delve deeper. Yes, it is extremely important to use compostable containers, who needs more plastic hanging around for the next millennium? And yes, using green products for cleaning helps our water supply and air stay free of toxins, and we heartily support these things. What delving deeper means is finding out how to sustain a community and that means being a place where people gather to interact, where people can make their living close to where they live, where a smaller business can make money without losing out to the corporate world. The art and food inspires us to be happy and creative individuals. When we all take personal responsibility for our actions, our community will thrive.
